Summary
The Elementary Instructional Coach for Early-Career Teachers  works alongside teachers and administrators to strengthen classroom instruction, classroom management, and parent communication while also supporting student learning. The Elementary Instructional Coach for Early-Career Teachers  supports early-career teachers (typically 0–3 years of experience) in developing effective instructional practices, classroom management skills, and professional growth habits. The coach works collaboratively with teachers to improve student outcomes through mentoring, modeling, observation, and feedback.This role focuses on job-embedded coaching aligned to best teaching practices and district priorities.
