   • Facilitate hands-on, inquiry-based learning experiences in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.

3. Technology Integration:

   • Incorporate cutting-edge technology and digital tools into STEM lessons.
   • Encourage digital literacy and computational thinking among students.

4. Project-Based Learning:

   • Implement project-based learning initiatives to promote collaboration and problem-solving skills.
   • Guide students in executing STEM projects from conception to completion.

5. Experimentation and Labs:

   • Conduct experiments and laboratory activities to enhance scientific understanding.
   • Ensure safety protocols are followed during hands-on experiments.

6. Collaboration:

   • Collaborate with other STEM teachers and educators to develop interdisciplinary projects.
   • Work with industry professionals to bring real-world perspectives into the classroom.

7. Assessment and Evaluation:

8. Extracurricular Involvement:

   • Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.

    • Collaborate with parents and community partners to support STEM initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in STEM-related field (preferred)
• State teaching certification (preferred)
• Passion for teaching STEM subjects at the appropriate grade level (required).
• Strong passion for integrating technology and real-world applications into the curriculum (required).
